How Do the Individual Sessions Work?

• In addition to the monthly group meeting, you will meet via telephone with Suzanne for a private individual coaching session.
• During the individual session, you and Suzanne will explore the challenges you are facing, the obstacles that are keeping you from obtaining success, and strategies that will help you overcome them. Suzanne will ask probing questions that will help you remain committed to your goals and your long term success.
• These individual, private sessions are scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
