How Do the Group Sessions Work?

• Each session begins with a check-in period. Participants share past month’s achievements and successes, and identify any areas in which they need assistance
• Next, the coach conducts a group discussion on the month’s topic. Role playing, challenge questions, and case studies typify each discussion. Each participant will have an opportunity to contribute to the discussion
• The discussion ends with each participant declaring tasks to be completed in the coming month - each participant reports on their take-a-way's for the week, including the ideas discussed during the session that they found most compelling or helpful

How Do the Individual Sessions Work?

• In addition to the monthly group meeting, you will meet via telephone with Suzanne for a private 30-minute individual coaching session.
• During the individual session, you and Suzanne will explore the challenges you are facing, the obstacles that are keeping you from obtaining success, and strategies that will help you overcome them. Suzanne will ask probing questions that will help you remain committed to your goals and your long term success.
• These individual, private sessions are scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Then what?

1. Your name will be added to the wait list. You will receive an email invitation 45-60 days prior to the begin date. You will be able to join the group or ignore the email.
2. If you decide to join you will be asked to complete an Application and Coaching Agreement and return it via email, fax or mail.
3. Upon approval of your Application and Coaching Agreement your space will be guaranteed. You will then receive an e-mail: Guide to Getting the Most out of Coaching.
