There are very few successful advisors if you examine the numbers. Many advisors can’t sell, so they leave the industry. Many advisors don’t know what to do to grow their practice, so they earn sub meager income. Some have left the industry because they felt demoralized during the Great Recession. Others have seen clients leave and their income decrease as a result. But the biggest factor in lack of success is the inability to MAKE A COMMITMENT TO SUCCEED.

Succeeding means doing something different. It could mean getting uncomfortable in your activities and getting outside your comfort zone by approaching influential people. It could mean getting past your fears of success – not an easy feat. It could mean investing in yourself or your marketing tactics. Nothing that is worthwhile to achieve is easy.
Success – You have to want it enough.
So if you want it enough, make a commitment to succeed.
